Founder

PharmaBoard was founded by Mohamed Medhat Elshoubary, DBA, a pharmaceutical industry specialist with 25 years of experience across marketing, business development, market intelligence, and M&A in the GCC and MENA region — including 17 years at Jamjoom Pharma in Saudi Arabia.

Mohamed holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Grenoble Ecole de Management, an MBA, and a degree in Pharmacy. He has provided expert advisory input to top-tier strategy consulting projects through leading expert networks, and lectures part-time in brand management at the German University in Cairo.

His primary focus is pharmaceutical M&A — supporting buyers evaluating GCC acquisition targets and owners preparing for strategic transactions — with particular depth in Saudi Arabia: SFDA regulatory dynamics, NUPCO procurement, and Vision 2030 localization.
